This week’s cooking challenge from 26 Foods You should learn to cook in your twenties blog, is Homemade Brownies! This one was a lot more fun seeing as how we all agreed that brownies rock! I think looking up recipes on Pinterest was almost as much fun as making them. Okay, maybe not since there is no way to virtually taste them. As least not now. Give it time.

This week’s challenge from 26 Food You Should Learn to Cook in Your Twenties, is how to make oven roasted vegetables. There were mixed emotions about this particular challenge. Megan loves most any vegetable. Autumn and Caitlin are a bit more picky. So I heard a lot of “I can’t believe people actually eat this stuff!” And “This can’t be good for you!” But over all, we had a great time.
This weeks’s cooking challenge from The 26 Foods You Should Learn to Cook in Your 20’s, is Roasting Whole Chicken. Megan was pretty excited about this one. She had it in her mind that it was going to be very difficult but at the end of the day, she was amazed at how easy it can be. Autumn on the other hand, wasn’t too thrilled seeing as how she doesn’t care for chicken. I reminded her that she does have a husband and will one day have children, who just might like to have chicken every now and again.
